MTHFR issues are also linked with cardiac, obesity and diabetes issues, often folk who have worst adverse effects from covid and injection. Vitamin B complex - Natural
* Vitamin C - Complete C ½ teaspoon 4 times a day – if loose stools, reduce dose until bowel tolerance is reached. It is difficult to get high dosage natural vitamin C due to it's nature, this variation contain both natural and synthetic. Dosage 250-375mg/Kg weight. Complete C

If unable to get I recommend Milk thistle tea, 1 teaspoon of dried herb (probably have to order online or speak to someone like me who has it in stock) three times a day or going to a pharmacy / herb dispensary (John’s / Huckleberries, Gate Pa) and getting a fluid extract. Milk thistle contains glutathione which is a major antioxidant and supports liver function, cysteine from NAC is converted into glutathione. One of the following:-
* Corriander (Coriandrum sativum) - is a powerful chealator, this removes heavy metals and toxins from the body. You could either used food based in a smoothie / pesto and eat each day or get a herbal tea / fluid extract. Yes you can use Zeolite as a chelator but this is getting harder to get and this is a cheap and relatively easy alternative.
* Chlorella is another powerful chelator that removes heavy metal, this can be bought from health food shops and herbalists.
* Chia seeds (Salvia hispanica) - also help in the removal of heavy metals when soaked, great to add into smoothies. The insoluble fibre collects the heavy metals and aids in elimination from the body.

The above can be bought at many local health stores whether here in New Zealand or other countries.Alternatively you could look at cutting out the middle man and ordering online from healthpost.co.nz or https://www.pharmacydirect.co.nz.
