Vitae Essentia offers a flexible approach tailoring each appointment to the individuals needs, this includes time and finances. Vitae Essentia is more than aware of the cost of living therefore aim to provide a service that is cost effective for all involved, at the end of the day we all need an income that allows us to live. Our general rates for consultation begin at $75 per hour,however we are aware that this is not in everyone's budget.Vitae Essentia is open to negotiation for certain clients for Koha and bartering practice. Please discuss prior to appointment.

Naturopathic Assessment
A detailed holistic assessment is conducted. Ideally a registration form and food and elimination dairy is completed prior to the initial appointment. This allows a comprehensive amount of information to be gained which will help to gain a clearer understanding of the issue. Following the assessment a detailed individualised treatment plan will be provided with a step by step process in order to support healing.
Appointments are approximately 90 minutes long. $150.

Follow Up Appointments
These are generally much shorter than the initial assessment, however essential, especially after the first appointment to make sure you are on track to success and a healthier way forward.

Talking Therapy
Utilise the eclectic range of approaches to discuss issues that are pertinent to you. Specialising in mental, emotional, psychological and Spiritual health.

Massage Therapy
A number of types of massage therapy are provided, these include generalised, Relaxation, Trigger Point Therapy and Zone Therapy. Additional aspects such as Aromatherapy are incorporated to support the healing process.

Reiki Therapy
This vibrational form of therapy is supportive of the healing process

This is done on a one to one basis or as a group. Examples could include:- lectures on herbs, nutrition mental health, tutorials on making your own products (creams, balms, teas, fermented foods), tutorials on making your own supplements, gardening tutorials.
